When you join my Weight Loss DEAL program I’ll show you how to lose weight eating the foods you love. My eating plan is simple, flexible and based on professional guidelines. In addition, I coach you with weekly podcasts so you can stay focused and achieve your goals. Learn more.

The WeightLoss DEAL is an on-line weight-loss program developed by Ramona Josephson that will help you lose weight and keep it off ‘deal’ing the foods you love.

All foods can fit a healthy weight-loss plan, but the key is to choose foods that delay hunger pangs, increase your metabolic rate and give you energy consistently throughout the day. Using a system of player cards to group foods, you learn how to deal meals and snacks that will feed your body, not your cravings. Read on.

CALORIES

I’ll show you how to manage portions and eat the foods you love

To lose weight, you need to manage your calories. But who wants to count them! Ramona will show you the secret to portion control. It’s all in the number 90! The program provides pre-planned deals for meals, snacks and recipes for every day of the week – all of which are interchangeable to mix and match the foods you enjoy. Read on.
